Inozyme Pharma, Inc. announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $4.80 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $60 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
